Why Is It So Important To Measure?

How Does The Liv Sxinney and Crave Program Work?

Instructions:


Drink it ALL DAY LONG
2 ounces in 64-80 ounces of water (or half your body weight in ounces)
Be sure to begin drinking Liv SXinney first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything else..

Take 2 packs of crave daily mixed in Liv SXinney or half a packet before each meal (4 meals minimum daily) Find your crave number. Use as many as you need. Some days you will use more crave. More info www.whatsyourcravenumber.com

Take 1-2 capsules at night before bed for 7-14 days


What and When to Eat:

Eat Good Food in Smaller Portions: Have a Protein, Complex Carbohydrate, Fruit or Veggie with each meal.

*Stop eating half-way through your meal.
*Save the other half for 3 hours later.

Example: (start the clock on your eating when you eat breakfast)

9:00: Breakfast (Stop half-way)
12:00: Lunch (Save the other half for 3 hours later)
3:00: Snack (Other half of lunch)
6:00: Dinner (Only eat ½ the portion size)

*If you are up late and still hungry, you could have another small snack around 8:00 PM.

Every 3 hours you MUST EAT.

Do not eat during the 3 hours between meals for these two reasons:

1) Your body will burn the food you ate for energy the first two hours after you eat.
2) Your body will be in using FAT for energy in the third hour.

Wow! I cannot tell you what a miracle Liv Sxinney has been for me!
